We are proud to announce that the Nordic Light Office building won two prestigious prizes recently and obtained LEED Gold certification. The winners of the CIJ AWARDS Hungary 2016 have been announced in November 2016. The 9th edition of the CIJ Awards honoured the industry’s highest regarded projects, firms and leaders. The building won in Leading Green Building Development & Developer category. In February 2017, the building also aquired first prize at The Office of the Year contest in The Greenest Project category.
The building’s sustainable design strategy and LEED certification were prepared by ABUD. We developed the building’s Net Zero energy concept, provided complex dynamic building energy simulation, analysis of possibilities for producing renewable energy and onsite-offsite comparative analysis. The building, officially opened on the 29th November, acquired the Gold level certification for core and shell.
