SUSTAINABLE WORLD 2022 CONFERENCE

Our CEO, Dr. András Reith PhD participated in a panel discussions at Sustainable World 2022, organised by Portfolio Conferences yesterday.
The panel discussion focused on the “Green storm” hitting the real estate market. The section was moderated by Dr. Daniel Ódor MRICS of Taylor Wessing and with the participation of experts such as Anita Boros Prof. Dr., professor of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Dr. Mihály Schrancz, Managing Director of Property Market Kft. and our CEO Dr. András Reith PhD.
The panel discussion took place as part of the section about ESG and green transition in the building industry, focusing on intriguing topics such as the green transformation of the real estate market, the importance of digitization, automation, building energy solutions and best practices in ESG compliance. During the discussion, questions arose regarding the real value of green certifications and possibilities of greenwashing within the certification process. Furthermore, for our common green future in the long run, András believes that putting an end to new constructions and turning towards renovations, restorative and regenerative architecture can be the only solution.
