TILIA OFFICE BUILDING IN SZEGED OBTAINS BREEAM EXCELLENT DESIGN STAGE CERTIFICATION
We are delighted to announce that the TILIA office building in Szeged, developed by KÉSZ Group, has been awarded the BREEAM Excellent Design Stage certification and has successfully undergone the pre-certification process to achieve the targeted WELL Platinum level.
These accolades confirm that the building is of an outstanding standard, both in terms of the environment and the well-being of building users, and fully meets sustainability requirements.
ABUD played a key role in achieving these certifications, providing support and expertise throughout the certification process. We are delighted to have worked on such a great project that focuses on the sustainability of our environment and the wellbeing of the building’s occupants!
