BUDAPEST ONE’S ALL 3 PHASES ACHIEVE WELL CORE PLATINUM RATING
All three phases of the Budapest One complex, located at Hungary’s largest multimodal transport hub in Őrmező, have achieved the highest Platinum level of WELL Core certification. We are honoured to have supported Futureal Group throughout the certification process and to have achieved such outstanding results!
This 66,000 sqm development, part of a total of 130,000 sqm of office space meets the stringent requirements of the WELL Building Standard, which emphasizes the health and well-being of occupants. The certification ensures top-quality air and water standards, acoustics, and lighting, while also featuring calming interiors, art-filled lobbies, and a “WELL library” focused on mental and spiritual health.
Budapest One also offers various amenities aimed at fostering community and relaxation, including a multifunctional “WELL room,” a green roof garden, a panoramic running track, and half a hectare of public green space that enhances biodiversity. The building is equipped with advanced energy-efficient systems, such as solar power and heat recovery ventilation, and supports sustainable practices like electric car charging and selective waste collection. Its strategic location at the junction of Kelenföld railway station, metro line 4, and major motorways, coupled with easy access to nearby shops and services, underscores its appeal in the modern office market.
