Our smart city solution was chosen as one of this year’s top innovations
SmartCEPS, our Smart City Evaluation Platform and Service has been featured in KPMG’s 7th Annual International Real Estate Innovations Overview under Innovative Construction Category.
SmartCEPS is an integrated smart city solution for local governments to become smarter, more sustainable, and more attractive for investors and start-ups. The platform aims to develop an assessment tool and consultancy service for European municipalities to measure their performance in the fields of ‘smart and sustainable city’, investment potential and how entrepreneurship friendly they are.
We are truly proud to have been chosen as one of the 783 innovative companies from 45 countries/territories across the globe who have contributed to leading global innovations that are shaping the real estate and construction industry today. This year’s selected projects highlight key themes such as the of Future of Work, ESG/Net zero and digital transformation (i.e. smart cities and buildings).
