Hungary Green Building Council organized and hosted the most prestigious conference of the season in the field of urban development.
Hungary Green Building Council is committed to sustainable development not only on building scale but on urban level as well. One of the most important challenges of our age is to encourage local govenments and decision making systems towards a sustainable approach. Although Hungarian settlements actively take part in European Union and Hungarian development objectives, but it is still a lot to be done. Even if quite a lot of Hungarian and EU grants are available in the 2014-2020 EU budget period, which aim to help reaching environmental goals, e.g. energy efficiency. The presenters of the conference are all practising professionals in urban design or sustainable consultancy.
