BREEAM CERTIFICATION OF IGPARK KECSKEMÉT DÉL

ABUD has successfully completed the BREEAM Very Good certification of two major industrial buildings at IGPark Kecskemét Dél: ‘Phase A’ hall extension and the ‘Phase C’ logistics facility.

The IGParks are owned and developed by Innovinia, one of Hungary’s leading property developers and a key regional player in the industrial and logistics sector, with a portfolio exceeding 230,000 m². The certifications were delivered through ABUD’s full-scope sustainability consultancy services.

Located in the fast-growing southern industrial zone of Kecskemét, the development represents a new generation of logistics and industrial assets designed to meet international tenant expectations.

The achieved BREEAM ratings confirm strong performance across key sustainability indicators, including energy efficiency, responsible material sourcing, site and water management, and environmentally conscious construction practices. From an investor and occupier perspective, this translates into lower operational risks, improved ESG alignment, and increased competitiveness in a demanding logistics market.

These certifications reinforce ABUD’s role as a trusted sustainability partner for industrial and logistics developments, delivering tailored BREEAM solutions across all target levels, while consistently pushing projects towards higher environmental performance and stronger ESG outcomes.
