Master Plan
A sustainable master plan was developed for a 4.500 ha industrial park in the Gulf region. Special regard was paid to water and energy conservation measures.
Eco Industrial Park
The proposed plan took into account the notion of industrial metabolism, where the operation of the industrial park and the industries present are based on the reuse of by-products and waste as raw materials. The concept also introduced energy and water cascade in order to minimise environmental impact.
