Budapest Olympic Centre

Design Competition 

A competition for the urban design of Istvánmező sport district, a future Budapest Olympic centre. The objective of the competition was to have a sport district designed not only for professional and public sport purposes, but also to promote a healthy lifestyle for the wider public. The design concept was to create a liveable and sustainable urban space with optimised urban microclimate conditions, corroborated with the investigation of solar radiation and wind analysis.
