H2Offices is a major green office development project consisting of three buildings in the 13th district of Budapest. The name H2Offices pays homage to the former Budapest Waterworks HQ previously located on the site. The designers of this project took a holistic approach, taking not only sustainability aspects into account, but the health and wellbeing of future inhabitants as well. ABUD provides LEED and WELL consultancy services for all three buildings in the design stage, aiming to achieve a Platinum rating in both systems. Furthermore, H2Offices is among the first WELL v2 projects in Hungary.
