Achievement: BREEAM International 2009 Europe Commercial Offices Very Good and Excellent
The new high-quality, Class-A office buildings at a major junction in Budapest were designed by taking sustainability principles into account from the beginning. Apart from providing BREEAM management that resulted in Very Good and Excellent certifications, we analysed and demonstrated daylight potential, the feasibility of LZC technologies, as well as the shading impact of the buildings on the neighbouring buildings.
