Integrated design support – 1st prize in a design competition for the Őrmező district
As part of a large neighbourhood development project, a state-of-the-art transportation hub was designed and won 1st prize on Őrmező design competition. The hub connects passengers of the local and inter-city bus lines, railway and subway lines as well as people parking in the P+R, B+R and K+R facilities. The project is partly a brownfield development within a very dense residential area. Energy efficiency and low maintenance costs were in focus during the design, as well as optimised occupant comfort.
